I think we have always known that and now it is confirmed. Works just fine for us! We will tell big brother tonight when we are all together. I think he will be fine with the news, although he as been talking about a Brother.
I am going to have to relax... My boy is going to get dirty. His clothes are going to get dirty. He is going to bring nature into the house. My boy is going to get water out of the tub. He is not always going to go bed easily. ... these little things are just facts about my boy (could be any boy). I should not let them get to me, just relax. My sweet boy is three and a half. :)
I have let the year end without a post about the holidays but let's just get right to it. 2010 has brought some big news and changes for me and our family. First, I got a new job and started two weeks ago. After 9 years at my old company I have moved on to a new opportunity and a new industry. I would really like to tell you one day all about the cool and unique things I got to experience at my old job, but that will be another random post, (maybe more for my benefit of the memories).
Now, I am working at the Corporate Offices of WAG. Nothing glamorous but super nice people to work with and a good move for my career. This change should work out fine.
But the big news that gets me more more excited each day is that we are having a baby in August. Woohoo! A blog name change will be necessary. :) After along time trying, it finally happened. So A Mom of One for Now I am for about six more months. Everyone is so excited at our house. We are very lucky and God has truly answered our prayers with both pieces of news. During the first three months I have not felt so hot, so we are all glad to be turning the corner to more energy.
Well it is Friday and I sure hope you enjoy the weekend!
In exactly 24 hours we will be loading up "the truck" and head to the mountains for the weekend. Who will be there with us... two of my best friends from college. Not only my best friends but practically my first friends. These two girls were my neighbors in the dorm. Best friends from a small town in South GA. We have kept in touch all these years. So the weekend is just for the three familes. Now you know where I am going and who with. Looking forward to telling you about how we spent the time together. Enjoy your weekend!

We tried this recipe over the weekend and it was yummy! I am sure you could make this with ground chicken or ground turkey.
